I agree with the waiver period. It's probably the best way to do this. What I want to know is, WHEN THE HELL IS YAHOO GOING TO DL LIRIANO!?!?!?!
It's not up to Yahoo. The Twins haven't DLed him yet. They'll DL him when they need the roster spot. He's still on their 40 man roster and the 25 man roster doesn't exist yet.
