Winter Meetings
At Jib's suggestion, why don't we do a week's worth of winter meetings? At 10:00 every night the week before the Super Bowl, say, we can start up an AIM chat (or any other medium that's accessible to everyone) and everyone who wants to can jump in and talk.

To do this, everyone should have a list of everyone else's IM name. If you don't have everyone else's, send me an IM and I'll give you what you don't have.
